Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or its related fields
• 2 to 3 years working experience in hospitality or storekeeper role
• Ability to develop and well projected purchasing order

Description
- Check inventory records for accuracy
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Keep records of items received, or transferred to another location or business unit
- Ensuring that goods received in the store have Bin cards for proper recording for issues and requests and are up to date.
- Report on expired stock and any other adverse findings in the store to the Group Head of Procurement/General Manager.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum level.
- Issuing goods only in required quantities against authorized requisition.
- Reconciliation of stores items for end of month report.
