Medical Detailing

• Detailing of healthcare practitioners (Doctors, pharmacists etc) on the key features and benefits of the health brands to generate scripts.


• Carries out detailing calls to HCPs according to the detailing norms and calendar on the priority brands per time.


• Carries out CMEs in hospitals and pharmacies delivering details of the priority brands to HCPs.


• Maintains database of HCPs and Kol’s within coverage location and update periodically.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.


• 100% Veeva CRM usage in medical detailing of HCPs.


• Plans monthly HCP calls on CRM and aligns with manager for sign off.

Direct and Indirect presence and placement

• Deliver distribution targets for all Health brands for the coverage location.


• Identify obstacles and develops innovative solutions to overcome them.


• Manage, activate, and drive the business in Hospitals & Pharmacy Channel (Retail & wholesale) maintaining a strict control on price compliance in trade.


• Ensure proper coverage of all Hospitals & Retail pharmacies as per the coverage plan


• Consciously drive, monitor, and track range selling (MSL) to ensure distribution continues to grow as per plan.

Reporting/Administration

• Maintain contact with ASM on regular basis and meet all deadlines of reporting schedules to NHSM and ensure they are timely and accurate.


• Train the Distributor Retail Reps and other third-party resources driving  sales objectives in the territory.
