Position: Patrol Supervisor
Our client, a security services company is looking for a dedicated Patrol Supervisor to lead the
organization into its next phase of growth and success.

Reporting to: Area Manager

Job Summary
As a Patrol Supervisor (PS), you will serve as the operational link between the Operations Manager,
Control Room, and Security Officers at designated locations. Your core responsibility is to oversee and
coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they deliver professional, reliable, and effective
security services in line with Saladin Security’s standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership
∙Oversee and coordinate activities of Security Officers at assigned posts.
∙Regularly patrol and monitor all deployment sites.
∙Provide strong leadership, welfare, and mentorship to the guard force.
∙Maintain strict discipline and issue disciplinary actions where necessary in line with company
regulations.
∙Ensure Security Officers are punctual, properly attired, and meet personal hygiene standards
before deployment.
Operations & Deployment
∙Coordinate deployment, tasks, and responsibilities based on site requirements.
∙Maintain concise and clear communication with Control Room and management.
∙Act as first responder to incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies until relevant authorities
arrive.
∙Maintain site directories with up-to-date contact information for Saladin Security staff, clients,
local law enforcement, and nearby hospitals.
Training & Performance Management
∙Train newly recruited Security Officers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for their
specific assignments.
∙Give timely and objective feedback on guards’ performance for appraisals and development.
∙Maintain high standards of health and safety on all operational sites.
Scheduling & Reporting
∙Prepare and manage guard duty rosters.
∙Ensure accurate daily recordings of attendance, incident reports, and shift updates.
∙Submit reports to the Department Head by 07:00hrs for night shift and 18:00hrs for day shift.
∙Relay relevant information and updates to the Control Room and Area Manager.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
∙Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
∙Ensure that all services delivered are in line with client expectations and contractual agreements.
∙Act as the liaison between Security Officers and client representatives to address operational
concerns.
Qualifications & Experience
∙High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma or degree in security management or a related field is a
plus).
∙Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory security role.
∙Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols.
∙Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
∙Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
∙Physically fit with the ability to patrol and stand for extended periods.
∙Competent in report writing and using basic technology for communication and documentation.
Preferred Certifications
∙First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
∙Defensive Driving License (if vehicle operation is required)
∙Any relevant security or supervisory training certification
