Description
We are seeking an experienced Male Export Sales Officer/Supervisor to lead our local and international sales operations and expand our market presence in key export regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing export sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and supervising sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to international clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions with overseas customers to secure profitable deals
- Supervise and mentor junior sales team members and support staff
- Lead sales meetings and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in target regions
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers
- Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly
