• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Commercial Administrator or in a similar commercial support role.

Description
Our client, a leading company in the cement and building materials industry, is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR to support its operations and maximize commercial productivity.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders, maintaining accurate commercial records, and providing valuable insights from commercial data to support decision-making. He or she will perform the following duties:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process incoming sales orders efficiently using the corporate CRM system to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain an updated, comprehensive map of all cement retail outlets to optimize distribution planning.
- Manage and regularly update the commercial client master list to ensure data accuracy and effective client communication.
- Analyze commercial and geographical data to generate actionable insights that support the commercial team in executing strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between the commercial team and internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support sales documentation and maintain records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Coordinate pricing and promotional updates across relevant systems, then communicate the changes to the sales team and clients.
- Track and monitor sales targets against performance metrics and alert the commercial team to variances and trends.
- Help prepare commercial presentations and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with the finance and logistics teams to resolve issues related to invoicing, order fulfillment, and delivery discrepancies.
- Conduct periodic audits of client and sales records to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support during commercial projects, launches, or campaigns, including tracking progress and compiling status updates.
- Monitor and update competitor intelligence reports, including pricing, product offerings, and market activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Commercial Director.
