Role Description: Legendary Foods Ltd. is looking for a passionate person willing to work on Saturdays to oversee the quality assurance and control aspects of the processing operations of its products. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Monitoring the in-process quality of auxiliary products, RM/ PM and FG products inspection. ● Maintain standards and ensure adherence to internal requirements specifications by    conducting QC checks and ensuring process/product deviations are rectified and root causes established. 

● Ensure personal hygiene and good facility and environment hygiene adherence; supervise cleaning and sanitation activities. 

● Monitor and record all quality control parameters and checks required during production as per defined frequency. 

● Monitor and ensure product packaging integrity, and other parameters relevant to conforming finished products. 

● Ensure daily product retention samples are picked and maintained 

● Perform other related tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.

● Solid understanding of quality control processes. 

● Ability to identify and take initiative to solve problems. 

● Great record-keeping skills. 

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

● Must possess great attention to detail. 

● Must be self-motivated and possess minimum leadership skills. 

● Good computer literacy skills i.e. excel, word, ppt (Microsoft Office Suite). ● Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or food safety & quality systems. 

● The ability to analyze data is an added advantage.
