• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 2–4 years proven experience in facility coordination, maintenance supervision, or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing is an added advantage. • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) is required • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure. • Must be physically fit and willing to conduct routine facility checks. • Must reside in or near Tema.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operation of company facilities. The ideal candidate should be a proactive male professional based in or around Tema, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and building repairs.


• Monitor the performance of janitorial, security, and maintenance staff or contractors.


• Ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.


• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues.


• Manage facility-related budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.


• Coordinate office setup, space planning, and relocation projects as required.


• Respond promptly to emergency repair situations and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.


• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as needed.


• Prepare reports on facility operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
