We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the photography, videography, and graphic design teams in producing high-quality visual content for various projects. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Photography Support:
o Assist in setting up and breaking down photo shoots.
o Handle and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
o Assist photographers during shoots by adjusting lighting, props, and other elements as needed.
o Edit and retouch photos using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

2. Videography Support:
o Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including setting up equipment and preparing locations.
o Operate cameras and other recording equipment under the direction of the videographer.
o Support post-production activities, including video editing, sound mixing, and adding special effects using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
o Organize and archive video footage.

3. Graphic Design Support:
o Assist in the creation of visual content for various media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
o Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce layouts, illustrations, and other design elements.
o Use software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create and modify designs.
o Ensure consistency in design and brand guidelines across all projects.

4. Administrative and Collaborative Tasks:
o Maintain organized digital and physical files of all multimedia projects.
o Assist in managing project timelines and deadlines.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for projects.
o Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure project needs are met.

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma, Tertiary or Certificate in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Required Experience: Prior experience or internships in photography, videography, or graphic design is preferred.
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Salary range: 700cedis to 1000cedis depending on experience
