· Keep records of stock of items receive and issue out to maintain a level of inventory
· Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
· Ensure store compliance with cleanliness and health and safety regulations
· Liaise with the technical team regarding orders for machine parts and other materials needed
· Responsible for items delivered to store and making sure that the items meet required specifications
· Develop strategies to prevent theft of items from the store
· Inspect physical condition of warehouse & equipment and prepare work order for repairs requisitions for replacement of equipment
· Ensure that all items are well labeled and can easily be located in the store
· Supervise the day-to-day in-house requests
