Description
Responsible for Planning, designing, developing and lead the implementing the overall business development strategy of the company to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Work with company leadership to set business objectives and development goals
- Ensure departmental strategy are in line with company growth strategy.
- Determine key business development KPIs
- Manage the sales and marketing functions of the business to maximize returns and expand the brand.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new markets
- Build strong relationships with clients, Vendors and Key Stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their networks
- Researching and Identifying business opportunities and viable income streams
- Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments
- Map business strengths and customer needs
- Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of business development personnel
- Assign sales quota and target to business development team and sales/marketing units
- Offer incentives to high-performing staff to encourage sales/marketing performance
- Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities..
Any other related duty assigned from time to time by the General Manager.
