• At least 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Female candidate below 30 years.
• Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Assist with personal errands, bookings, and logistics as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical).
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents assigned.
- Serve as the first point of contact between the Managing Director and clients or partners.
- Run office-related errands and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned.
