JOB SUMMARY:

The Shop Attendant will support daily shop operations by ensuring a clean and organized environment, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining accurate stock and sales records. The ideal candidate should be reliable, customer-friendly, and able to work with minimal supervision.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to customers and handle sales transactions


• Clean and arrange the shop to ensure it is neat and attractive to customers.


• Attend to customers politely and assist them in selecting products.


• Display and arrange goods on shelves and racks properly.


• Record daily sales and report to management.


• Check stock levels regularly and notify management of shortages.


• Handle cash and issue receipts accurately.


• Assist with restocking and receiving deliveries.


• Create and post simple contents (photos, videos, stories) on social media pages.


• Respond to customer messages and comments online  


• Support marketing activities and promote new products in-store and online
