Role Definition

Must be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting products, maintaining an organized store environment, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance
• Greet customers warmly and offer help in finding the right kids' clothes, accessories, or sizes.

2. Product Presentation
• Arrange and display clothing attractively on shelves and mannequins.
• Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing.

3. Sales & Transactions
• Handle cash, mobile, or card payments accurately.

• Maintain sales records and issue receipts.
4. Inventory Management
• Restock shelves and monitor low-stock items.
• Assist in unpacking new arrivals and tagging items with prices.
5. Customer Relations
• Build friendly relationships with returning customers.
• Handle complaints or returns professionally and courteously.
6. Brand Representation
• Represent the boutique's image through friendly service and neat appearance.
• Promote new arrivals, discounts, and boutique events.
