Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of workers to achieve production goals. The Factory Supervisor will also ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, while fostering a productive and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervision of Staff: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production workers, facilitating training and development to meet production targets. Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner. Quality Control: Monitor production quality, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions to maintain product standards. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety training sessions and ensuring all team members adhere to safe work practices. Inventory Management: Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Performance Monitoring: Analyze production efficiency and productivity data, preparing reports for management and identifying areas for improvement. Problem-Solving: Address any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or employee concerns in a timely manner, coordinating with maintenance and other departments as necessary. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging suggestions from team members and implementing best practices in manufacturing.
