Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs, projects, and initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning:
1. Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives.
2. Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies.
3. Create program budgets and resource allocation plans.
Project Management:
1. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Program Execution:
1. Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards.
2. Manage program risks, issues, and changes.
3. Monitor program progress and performance.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Communicate program goals, objectives, and progress to stakeholders.
2. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage stakeholder expectations.
Team Management:
1. Lead and manage program teams.
2. Develop and mentor team members.
3. Foster a collaborative team environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain program documentation.
2. Conduct program evaluations and assessments.
3. Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. 5+ years of program management experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3. Proven track record of successful program delivery.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
3. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
4. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
