• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in hotel or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a hotel construction project. He /She shall be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Leads the planning and implementation of a hotel construction project from conception to completion.
- Defines the project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develops full-scale project plans, timelines, milestones, monitors and tracks progress.
- Manages project budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensures that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversees the preparation and submission of necessary documentation and permits.
- Conducts regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identifies and manages project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration among all project participants.
- Provides regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensures client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
