JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall work with the Billing Integrity Team to implement billing integrity strategies. The role reports to the Billing Integrity Manager.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Implements billing integrity processes and policies with regards to improving billing accuracies.
- Performs operational audit of billing platform and CRM.
- Documents, quantifies and develops root cause analysis and suggests fixes for issues identified.
- Ensures adherence to established billing policies and processes to maintain accuracy and consistency in billing processes.
- Submits reports on billing processes and policies.
