A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background in Quality Assurance to join our team.
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your main task is to coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
⦁ Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
⦁ Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
⦁ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
⦁ Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and quality assurance records.
⦁ Act as a liaison between project managers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
⦁ Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project processes and work with teams to proactively address them.
⦁ Seek opportunities to enhance project efficiency and quality, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
⦁ Ensure project activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
⦁ Generate and present project performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and quality assurance findings
Requirements and Skills
⦁ BSc in Business Administration or related field
⦁ Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator
⦁ Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
⦁ An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
⦁ Solid time management skills
⦁ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
⦁ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
⦁ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
