Description
- Responsible for weighing of trucks on weighbridge.
- Data entries of raw material intake and delivery activities.
- Stock Update Report to Inbound Logistics Manager
- Daily Activities Report to Inbound Logistics Manager
- Assisting in warehouse operations
- Auditing of Delivery Note to Inbound Logistics Manager
- Safety Report to the Inbound Logistics Manager
- Confirm time sheets of the respective team and submit to the Inbound Logistics Manager for timely payment
- Supervise the activities of the Forklift Operators and the warehouse team
- Responsible for stock cards/lot tags
- Ensure safety at the Warehouse
- Ensure that the warehouse is properly secured at all times
- Monthly cycle count as and when required
- Monthly reports to Inbound Logistics Manager including intake and Delivery Update on a daily basis, intake and Delivery for the month, and Surplus Report, Weekday and weekend intake/delivery details of the warehouse team, Monthly stock reports.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
