• Must have a degree in any science related subjects • Good knowledge of HACCP and quality management is a plus • Must have completed National Service. • Good knowledge of quality control processes • Experience in production environment would be an added advantage. • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Able to sit, stand and walk around to monitor production processes • Must be ready to work in shifts • Must pay attention to detail. • 2 to 3 years in similar role. • Candidate must reside in and around Tema or it’s environs

• Ensure company’s quality and EHS policy is adhered to at all times.


• Conduct in process, raw material and finished goods analysis on production line


• Prepare appropriate reports and records from quality monitoring activities


• Liaise with production team to ensure right quality of products


• Conduct hygiene checks


• Support head of quality in administering the company’s quality management system


• Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
