Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment goals. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good negotiation skills and effective relationship building skills. Good understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

• Work with the recruitment team to achieve revenue targets of the unit's business operations for executive-level recruitment, operational-level recruitment, domestic recruitment and owned online job portals


• Responsible for sourcing high caliber candidates, ensuring internal headcount has been approved prior to recruitment


• Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Researching the appropriate use of recruitment channels such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget.


• Provide the unit head with regular reports and analysis demonstrating the contribution of the recruitment unit to the department and company's success


• Work hand in hand with the homecare team to ensure high performance and improve revenue collection process by implementing an efficient system to follow through and manage budget and resources allocated to the unit efficiently.
