Masco Foods is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer – Capex Sourcing to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of capital expenditure (Capex) items. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective acquisition of equipment, machinery, and other fixed assets required for business operations while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for Capex sourcing in alignment with company goals.


• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, Warranty and terms for capital goods.


• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, analyze trends, and benchmark pricing.


• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier selection, contract management, and purchase order execution.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices in procurement processes.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and project teams, to understand Capex needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.


• Monitor and track procurement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to approved expenditure limits.


• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, performance evaluation, and resolution of supply chain issues.


• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier evaluations.


• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
