The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse at KFC, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate storage, handling, and distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient warehouse operations.


• Monitor inventory levels, track product movements, and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts.


• Ensure proper storage conditions for both perishable and non-perishable items, following company policies and health & safety regulations.


• Organize and schedule deliveries to restaurants, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.


• Ensure inventory records are maintained accurately and discrepancies are addressed promptly.


• Work with the purchasing and restaurant teams to manage stock levels and reduce wastage.


• Effectively manage the warehouse team to ensure productivity and a collaborative work environment.


• Address any team concerns and provide guidance for improving performance.


• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with KFC’s safety standards and legal requirements.


• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards or violations.


• Promote a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring the team adheres to hygiene and safety standards.
