Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting our facilities management services to drive business growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our facilities management services and their benefits to clients
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our unique value proposition and competitive advantages
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and other performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the facilities management or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
