Description
JOB PURPOSE:
A Residence located in Mankessim, Central Region
The successful applicant shall be responsible for kitchen operations which includes food preparation, cooking and presentation. This role also includes food and accommodation.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Prepares and puts together ingredients for dishes.
- Prepares and cooks all food iems to the highest standards of quality, taste and presetation according to recipes.
- Selects and purchases fresh, high - quality ingredients for meals and ensure meals are prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Maintains an organized and clean kitchen area.
- Keeps accurate records of meal plans, ingredient lists and nutrition information.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Superior.
PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Must have good communication skills and ability to work with others.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be a good cook.
- Must have high level of integrity and ability to work uner pressure.
