We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Housekeeping Manager to oversee and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our healthcare facility. Job description:
- Lead, manage, and support the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare sanitation regulations and hospital policies.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to evaluate cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance.
