Job description:

• Oversee the preparation, presentation and serving of meals in compliance with hospital policies, dietary requirements and health regulations.


• Manage inventory, place orders and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages.


• Ensure all team members adhere to safety, sanitation, and food-handling protocols.


• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.


• Supervise and maintain restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards and expectations.


• Assist in the development of menu offerings and changes based on costs and customer preferences.


• Ensure a complete accurate documentation of all transactions.


• Develop marketing strategies to increase productivity.
