Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing of quality materials, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best deals.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
