Job Title: Machine Engineer  

Purpose: 

As a Machine Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery 

used in our production processes. You will ensure that machines run smoothly, produce high-quality 

products, and meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards (machines 

include digital printers, digital PCs) 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Set up and operate machinery according to established guidelines and procedures. 

∙Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation. 

∙Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. 

∙Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 

∙Maintain accurate production records and reports. 

∙Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. 

∙Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. 

∙Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure proper functionality. 

∙Report any machinery issues or defects to the appropriate personnel. 

Qualifications: 

∙Graduate in IT or Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering 

∙Computer Literate 

∙Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role. 

∙Strong understanding of machine operations and maintenance. 

∙Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. 

∙Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. 

∙Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. 

∙Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials or stand for extended periods. 

∙Excellent time management and organizational skills.
