Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced School Counsellor to support the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our primary students (5 - 11 years). The ideal candidate will provide guidance and counselling services to students, parents, and teachers, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students
- Develop and implement counselling programs and workshops
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development
- Assess and address student mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Counselling or related field
- Proven experience as a School Counsellor or equivalent
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of counselling theories and techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)***
