EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Must have a minimum of 7-8 years of significant experience in sales or sales team management, preferably in the manufacturing, services, or related industry.

Our client, a leading player in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER to join its dynamic team.
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.
He /she will also undertake the following tasks:
DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, revenue targets, and market expansion plans.
- Drive revenue growth through new business development, strategic partnerships, and expansion of existing client portfolios.
- Set sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance; analyze results; and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies across traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to sales and marketing teams; conduct performance evaluations and build high-performing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal return on investment.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to support sales growth and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
