Description
Role Summary
The job holder shall answer calls from clients who want to consult, respond to inquiries, manage/escalate complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
