Description
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare final accounts - Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Cash flow Statements for auditing and management decision.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Management of the company's receivables and payables.
- Daily recording of dollar and cedi cash transactions
- Perform reconciliations - customers/suppliers, stocks, banks, intercompany etc.
- Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders to audit and examine financial records.
- Communicate with company bankers, Insurers, Office of the Registrar of Companies and other relevant external parties
