The operations manager will over the entire life cycle of  bakery operations from procurement of raw materials through to  production and sales.

Qualifications: A minimum HND/Degree in marketing/operations management/business administration/ supply chain management. Driving license B

Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years  experience in operations/business development /sales and marketing in a FMCG set-up. Ability to drive a manual van. Strong sales acumen. Computer literate and ability to use google doc

Role: Manage production, generate leads for sales, draw sales plan, manage fleet.

Salary range: 2000 plus performance bonus
