Description
Job Purpose
Oversee the day to day activities of the facility, including operations, administration, maintenance, staff supervision, implementation of strategies and directives to achieve the overall success of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing events such as youth sports leagues, camps, and classes.
- Collaborate with other service providers to organize, coordinate and promote programs or events
- Managing the budget of the facility or program to ensure that costs are controlled while generating revenue through member fees or program fees
- Coordinates facilities reservations and assess of the facility.
- Supervise the scheduling and managing of client booking.
- Oversee all procurement activities of the academy.
- Undertake marketing activities to attract business and sell the facility to potential clients.
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards and customer service delivery.
- Develop policy and procedure for both staff and clients for effective management of the facility.
- Responsible for coordinating, directing and organizing activities of the facility.
- Provides supervisory responsibility for all staff at Family World to ensure high performance and are aligned with company standards and values.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and train staff.
- Develop a strategic plan for the facility to achieve its short- and long-term goals.
- In charge of operations, administration, security, cleaning and facility/ equipment maintenance.
- Maintain updated data for operations and administration activities.
- Prepare monthly report to CEO on all operational activities.
- Manage special projects as assigned. Projects could include but are not limited to facility development, program and event development, promotional packages, administrative packages and community stakeholder coordination
18 .Perform other duties as may be assigned.
