Job Summary:
The Front Desk Administrative Coordinator (Night Shift) is responsible for managing the front desk operations, offering administrative support, and ensuring efficient handling of night-time guest or client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and assist guests or clients upon arrival.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests.
- Maintain and update office databases or client management systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documentation as required.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Respond to emails and other written communications in a timely manner.
- Monitor security systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the night shift.
- Report any technical, operational, or customer service issues to the day shift team for follow-up.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Comfortable with operating office equipment (phones, computers, fax machines, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
Working Conditions:
