Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and other related fields. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics environment. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in warehouse environments.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.


• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance, accuracy, and safety standards.


• Ensure proper stock control by monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits, and working with inventory management systems.


• Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment, arrange for maintenance, and ensure all safety checks are completed regularly.


• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.


• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, safety, and high morale.
