Description
- Manage and control the entire functions of the store operations
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the store;
- Conduct interview and hiring for part time service crew
- In charge of attendance scheduling, planning and payroll of the store
- Coordinating and maintaining store serviceability and manpower needs
- Responsible for the training and competencies of the Service Crew
- Periodically review Service/waitress Crew performance as and when required
- Liaise with vendors on all general matters;
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned;
