1. Patient Care

Report urgent or unusual patient conditions to the doctor on duty.
4. Infection Prevention & Safety
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
Use PPE appropriately and follow universal precautions.
5. Patient Education & Support
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
Provide emotional support to patients and relatives.
6. Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in ward rounds and case reviews.
7. Emergency Response
Provide first aid and emergency nursing care in critical situations.
Assist in triaging and stabilizing emergency patients.
