Role Summary

The job holder shall supervise and manage the overall operations of employees in the nursing department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities in the nursing department


• Ensure compliance with quality and safety healthcare delivery standards


• Liaise with the HR Office to implement policies for the nursing department


• Prepare periodic clinical reports


• Advise management on nursing and patient healthcare best practices


•  Provide coaching and mentorship for less experienced nurses


• In charge of clinical audit of the nursing department


• Advise on the training and intervention needs of the nurses
