Job description

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop attention grabbing and eye-catching social media video and photo content across various platforms.


• Implement effective and engaging ads campaigns to reach the intended demographic suitable for the various social media platforms, Linkedin, Twitter,, Facebook, Instagram.


• Create a content calendar and publish posts according to the established calendar.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure that every piece of content is aligns with our brand voice and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.


• Manage company and client accounts.


• Take ownership and develop ideas that drive engagement across social media and other digital platforms.


• Set monthly KPIs and report on metrics (e.g.- reach, engagement, growth).

Working Experience and Education Requirements:

• BA in Communication Design/ Marketing (specifically social media and content creation).


• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role.


• HR knowledge is an added advantage.


• Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g.- TikToc, LinkedIn, Instagram)


• Knowledge in Adobe programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva


• Knowledge of WIX


• Experience troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website.
