Position Overview: 

We are seeking candidates who are technically qualified to join our production team in our 

personalization department. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining 

machines that personalize data on to the cards, packaging of these cards and card manufacturing 

processes. You’ll ensure product quality, meet production deadlines, along with the security protocols 

of the company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Machine Operation: Operate and monitor personalization machines, including embossing 

and printing, based on the specific job requirements. 

∙Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards as per the 

guidelines provided. 

∙Machine Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure 

optimal performance and avoid downtime. 

∙Production Efficiency: Ensure that production timelines and output goals are met while 

maintaining a high standard of quality. 

∙Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working 

environment. 

∙Customer Specifications: Read and interpret work orders, and customer requests to 

personalize products correctly. 

∙Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any machine malfunctions or issues to minimize 

production delays. 

∙Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and machine usage records. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

∙Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or 

personalization setting.  

∙Technical Skills: Ability to set up and operate personalization machinery. Strong mechanical 

aptitude and troubleshooting skills are highly desired. 

∙Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure personalized products meet high-

quality standards and customer requirements. 

∙Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize 

downtime. 

∙Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a 

safe working environment. 

∙Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and 

supervisors.
