Marketing Manager Information
Core Purpose of the Job
The Marketing Manager will assume marketing responsibility for all restaurants and supervise the marketing department. He /She will develop and protect the brand in Ghana ensuring brand standards are adhered to.
Works with the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) on the development and implementation of Ghana’s marketing calendar including developing media plans while monitoring competition.
Effectively build and maintain cross functional relationships locally and with the RSC
Develop and execute store level Local Store Marketing(LSM) initiatives through LSM Manager also based in Accra and working closely with the KFC Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) marketing team.
Lead local project management for RSC led as well as locally led LTOs, innovations and packaging projects working with local and RSC cross functional teams.
Ownership of the local brand responsibility.
Own and mange Social media including Google my Business
Manage and a sound understanding and experience in creative artwork.
Strategically planning campaigns to ensure the brand has an edge in the market.
Designing with his or her team complying brand standard artwork as per brand standard library.
