Marketing Manager Information
- To develop an annual marketing plan for the hotel.
- To maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and to market these to new and existing clients.
- To ensure that the Hotel achieves it’s approved annual occupancy and revenue targets.
To have overall responsibility for all Accounts Receivable activities between the hotel and its clients/representatives.
Engage in regular visitations and follow-ups of existing clients to ensure repeat business and retention strategy
Maintain strong relationship with corporate clients – particularly with reservation agents and Financial Account Officers to facilitate bookings and prompt payment
Maintain good network relationship with industry colleagues to enhance better understanding of industry trends, competitor’s portfolio and other vital information needed to execute your responsibilities.
