Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients to recruit a Marketing Manager for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting the brand, developing marketing campaigns, and increasing the customer base. This role requires a creative individual who can create and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or telecommunications, with a track record of successful promotional campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Promotion and Awareness:
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the steel manufacturing market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design brand-related content for digital and offline channels.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the brand, products, and services.
- Manage promotional activities, including product launches, advertising, and online marketing, ensuring they align with business objectives.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to retain and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs.
Provide insights on market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
5. Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company's social media presence, creating content that engages and attracts target audiences.
- Collaborate on SEO, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns to increase online reach and lead generation.
6. Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials, presentations, and brochures that support customer acquisition efforts.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
7. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing detailed performance reports for management.
- Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate campaign success and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
