Proven track record of using digital media with effective results ● Proven and effective excellent communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion. ● In-depth understanding of advertising work and copywriting. . Ability to manage multiple teams and professionals. Working knowledge of industry related data analysis tools. ● Ability to effectively create and deliver new campaign ideas in a team setting. ● Strong organizational skills and the experience to multitask and work on several projects at once. ● Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently. PERSONALITY ● Should have a go getter approach. ● Should have determination towards his/her target. ● Should be polite with strong focus on the Organization's ethics and SOPs. ● Open to learn, understand and team working. ● Should be young, energetic, flexible, ability to take the Organization to new heights.

JOB PURPOSE: 

To create a powerful brand for Striker Rice

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●     To create a marketing and advertising strategy and implement the same.

●     Choose a medium from outdoor, radio, Television, Internet, Social Media etc. which is most cost efficient.

●     Ensure that the advertising campaigns are highly effective . Create and implement outdoor/instore promotional activities continuously upgrade knowledge in digital advertising and identify new strategies and tactics to maximize Company's brand visibility in the market.
