Qualification, Required Skills and Abilities: • A Tertiary or technical degree in Creative production, Video production, Graphic designing or related field • A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in planning and designing for lead generations • Must have expertise in Photoshop and Premiere pro • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have strong creative and analytical skills • Must be skilled in video/photo creation and editing • Must be a team player but comfortable working autonomously • Must have strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills • Must be innovative in content creation and constantly be abreast of the latest creative format for the various channels.

Our client is a reputable multinational company operating within the insurance industry. The Digital Content and Creative Specialist shall be accountable for developing creative & content concepts, and managing the company’s digital platforms, creative assets, updating the company’s social media pages and assisting with marketing campaigns for the company’s brand.

 Location: Accra

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand messages and creatives for all digital, social platforms and other web platforms that draw viewers to our channels


• Responsible for planning and implementing lead generation campaigns across varied platforms


• Create and manage social media pages with the assistance of the marketing team


• Actively conceptualize creatives for ALL marketing campaign and social media platforms


• Develop and adapt creative concepts in line with the company’s brand guidelines for external and internal communications


• Analyse and Track ROI for lead generation campaigns and generate monthly social media report


• Apply knowledge, skills and brand elements in the creation of work for print, OOH, digital and non-digital productions


• Cover ALL company related events and submit videos and still images when required


• Provide routine customer testimonial videos to boost the company’s brand
