Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients to recruit a Marketer for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra. The Marketer will play a key role in planning and executing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across digital and traditional channels. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, and offline).


• Support content creation for websites, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.


• Manage and monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other relevant platforms.


• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., designers, copywriters, agencies) to deliver campaign assets on time.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.


• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Assist with event marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.
