Job Objective
To drive brand awareness and engagement among key stakeholder segments with a focus on executing strategies to increase the compan’s visibility and preference within the target market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Awareness, Campaigns, and Reporting
Develops and implements a comprehensive brand awareness campaign targeting blockmakers.
Creates an increased awareness of the company brand among block makers unaidedly.
Monitors and analyses campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics andmaking adjustments where necessary.
Organize and attend marketing events and activities to raise brand awareness and showcasethe company's cement products.
Marketing Strategy and Implementation
Contributes to the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies toachieve the company's brand growth objectives.
Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of themarketing department.
Social Media and Engagement
Enhances social media engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with a focus onengagement.
Develops and executes internal communication strategies to foster brand advocacy amongemployees.
Plans and executes advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels,including social media and print.
Stakeholder Engagement and Evaluation:
Liaises with internal and external stakeholders, as well as vendors, and block makers to ensure the successful execution and promotion of marketing initiatives.
Monitors the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, evaluating their success using relevant metrics and analytics.
Content Creation and Market Research
Prepares compelling marketing content for various publications and oversees its distribution to target audiences.
Conducts market research to identify opportunities for product promotion, brand enhancement, and business growth.
Collaborative Team Goals
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.
Fosters a cohesive teamwork environment to drive collective success.
Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to create effective strategies that drive brand awareness and promote engagements.
Performs any other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Working Condition
• Requires lot of travels
• 40 hours a week
