General Manager (GM)
This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient daily operations of all banking services, develops new deposit and loan business and provides a superior customer experience. S/He will promote a service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. The successful candidate will aim to achieve individual goals through new business development, referrals and retention and expansion of account relationships. S/He will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in taking responsibility for meeting business profitability targets. S/He will create a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service, expanding profitable customer relationships and employee engagement. S/He will facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training and educate the team about products and services offered through other lines of business.
